Sometimes it’s fun to brag, sometimes you just want the whole world to know that you’ve done something awesome, or you’ve gone above and beyond. At the time you aren’t thinking about it, but when you get a little pat on the back or a letter saying “you’re awesome” you kind of wish you could let the whole world know that you rock. Companies are no different, we want everyone to hear when a client loves us or that we did an outstanding job. The age old question: how do you do it without people thinking you’re bragging? We don’t have an answer for that, so we’re just going to brag, let it all out there and give kudos to the people that deserve it, starting with:
Our Albany Franchise owner Joe Goode has been with our company since June of 2010 and he has reached a milestone for his franchise. He has booked 100 new events. That is an impressive milestone for a franchise owner and we would like to congratulate him and also let everyone else know as well!
We at corporate headquarters received a letter from BIG CEDAR Lodge letting us know that our DJ Kyle Glendenning from our Springfield Missouri franchise went above and beyond and made an impression that caused a letter of accolades to be written. A direct quote: “I wanted you to be informed that you have an employee that went over and beyond what he was hired to do and not only accomplished his job but also assisted in finishing touches of the reception room. He is certainly an asset to your company and his “go get her” attitude and genuine care that the event go well, are great characteristics to have within an employee” –Leah Hardin Catering Sales Manager.
We couldn’t let these wonderful achievements go by without letting everyone we possibly could know. Yeah we may break our arms patting ourselves on the back, but sometimes, just sometimes, letting everyone know that the people you work with are doing an amazing job is the right thing to do.

This is Liz Schwery. I read your Facebook post on your July newsletter and I thought I would inform you of the neat thing Complete Music and Video is doing for us. We are getting married July 16th in Omaha, NE. About 2 weeks ago, our best man, the grooms only brother, found out that he has SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) training for the Air force and will no longer be able to make it to our wedding. When I found this out I immediately contacted Don Schneider to see if he could help me surprise Ryan, the groom. Chris went into the Rapid City’s office and they videotaped him spilling his heart out to Ryan and me. Rapid City then sent the footage back to Omaha. Our videographer and Don are working to put this in our same day edit film and it will play at the reception. Very few people know that this is happening and there will not be a dry eye in the ballroom. I am so grateful that Complete Music was so readily willing to help me get Chris at our wedding when he couldn’t physically be there. This experience highlights the exceptional service that Complete Music and Video provides.
