Excitable would be the best word for me to use right now. I’m just so pumped that all the hard work that everyone has put into making this blog happen has actually come to fruition. So needless to say, I’ve sat here pondering for days what I was going to say that would “BLOW YOUR (wedding) MIND” That kind of thinking gets a girl nowhere, it’s what literally could put you on the proverbial rocks in which this blog was NOT named after. So let me just shoot straight from the hip and or throw out some more clichés that will stall the start of this blog…..

Starting blog post in 1.2.3.4……. You don’t need this blog. I’m not writing this blog for the girl that needs it. The girls that need it are the ones that have had their wedding planned since they were 2 and are as obsessed with everything wedding like me, they are junkies, and they need their wedding fix, so they need this blog, because God forbid they miss out on a wedding trend.

No this blog is for you, the girl that just got engaged and has not been planning her most important day for years. Because if you’re anything like how I used to be, I had no idea that you could get Hershey Kisses customized, you can have their banner say “just married” and if you take it a step further, you could take your engagement picture cut it out and paste it to the bottom of each kiss, and then BAM you’ve got your DIY party favor.

There were countless things I didn’t know, because not everyone get’s to have a wedding planner nor has the time (like I do now) to pour over everything wedding. So cheers to you, you’re not a wedding junkie; you’re a soon-to-be Bride on the Rocks.
