Bride on the Rocks emerged from my absolute love of a few
things: shopping, planning (everything… for everyone…), and sipping on
well-made cocktails. I have a serious adoration for all things uniquely
beautiful; I mean really – what better avenue than a wedding to showcase your
complete individuality? And since I have the passion, time and resources to
plunder through wedding trends, tips, facts, and a thirst (I am, after all, a
Bride on the Rocks) to uncover just about anything else your little wedding
heart desires, I needed an outlet to share my findings

 

Because one of my vows to you is to be faithful and true, I
must make a confession: I work for a wedding service company called Complete
Music Video Photo. What does this mean?!?!?!
Will I be peddling their services? Absolutely not, but I will be using
the knowledge base around me to speak to you like an expert about all things
wedding related. Complete has been DJ’ing weddings since before I was born, (35
years to be exact), so I think it is safe to say I’d probably ask them if one
of my readers has a….”how do you pick the right DJ” question even if they
didn’t happen to be signing my paychecks.

 

Any who, to continue on my little wedding tirade… I want
Bride on the Rocks to be your go-to resource for wedding styles, trends,
off-kilter ideas and random comments from the peanut gallery (errr what? My mom
used to say that so I guess that’s my something old). What I love and feature
here won’t always appeal to the masses, but I hope it helps you get an idea
that captures who you are on one of the most beautiful and important days of
